Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various non-technical roles such as Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Hospitality, Aviation, Administration, and Training departments. The candidate should have good communication skills, sourcing abilities, and coordination experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT positions.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic interviews and initial HR screening.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Handle offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
- Meet hiring targets within timelines.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good understanding of recruitment process.
- Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with ATS and job portals.
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Basic MS Excel and reporting knowledge.
