Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various non-technical roles such as Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Hospitality, Aviation, Administration, and Training departments. The candidate should have good communication skills, sourcing abilities, and coordination experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT positions.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct telephonic interviews and initial HR screening.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Handle offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
  • Meet hiring targets within timelines.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates.
Required Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Good understanding of recruitment process.
  • Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with ATS and job portals.
  • Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic MS Excel and reporting knowledge.
