As a Franchise System Specialist at Neighborly, a typical day for you will include:
Provide administrative support by collecting, organizing, and maintaining information to assist the Operations Team in the performance of various responsibilities.
Participate in developing, organizing, and maintaining all training information and systems for new and existing franchise business owners.
Provide support and facilitation for monthly business training weeks, regional training events, and annual national conventions.
Collaborate with multiple departments to coordinate all support efforts for new and existing franchise business owners.
Provide support and assistance to the Sure Start program and Sure Start Coordinator.
Support new and existing franchise business owners with the adoption and implementation of vendor provider systems offering services for recruiting, marketing, bookkeeping, and operational resources.

(Required qualifications)
Experience:
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant business, industry, or system experience is required.
Skills:
Familiarity with a wide variety of multimedia tools and equipment
Ability to make decisions or recommendations for changing, interpreting, or developing important policies or programs
Demonstrated ability to learn new software applications and train new users on the same systems
Education:
- An Associate’s degree or combination of education and equivalent experience is required. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Schedule:
Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) in Waco, TX or Irving, TX

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5PM (local time zone)
