We are looking for a Franchise Systems Specialist to join our Precision Garage Door team! The Franchise Systems Specialist works within the Precision Systems Department which is dedicated to providing ongoing support to the franchise network and the home office team.
- Provide administrative support by collecting and organizing information to assist the Operations Team in performance of various duties.
- Provide AV & Digital support by assisting with the creation of training materials and workbooks, creating training videos, webinars and web-based training in support of Precision Door training objectives.
- Assist with the processing of payments for Managed Services Department.
- Assist in the preparation of various spreadsheets for analysis from varied sources.
- Perform other duties as required. These duties may include assignments in job classifications other than their own.

(Required qualifications)
Experience:
- Individuals must possess a task-oriented mindset and be able to work independently
- Extensive knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
- Familiarity with database creation and management preferred
- Basic Accounting skills required
- Experience with a wide variety of multimedia tools and equipment
- Ability to make decisions or recommendations for changing, interpreting, or developing important policies or programs
- Demonstrated ability to learn new software applications and train new users on the same
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ideal candidates must have the ability to prioritize assignments while maintaining flexibility
- Minimal travel may be required
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
Education:
- Associate degree or combination of education and equivalent experience is required. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Experience: A minimum of three (3) plus years of relevant business, industry or system experience, which provides the necessary skills, knowledge and abilities, is required
