Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Franchise Relationship Specialist to join our team in Manila. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting franchise sales and managing relationships with our franchise customers to ensure their success and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Sales Support: Assist the sales team in the franchise sales process.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise customers, acting as one of the primary points of contact for their inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by franchise customers, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Regular Communication: Maintain regular communication with franchise partners through calls, emails, and meetings to provide updates, share best practices, and gather feedback.
Resource Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure franchise customers have access to the resources and support they need to succeed.
Requirements:
Proven experience (3+ years) in customer success, account management, or a related role, preferably within the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Proficient in using CRM software and customer support tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in supporting US based customers and sales teams.
Familiarity with the specific challenges and needs of franchise customers.
Previous experience working in a global or regional role, managing relationships with remote partners.
