As a Franchise Relations Coordinator on the Neighborly ProTradeNet team, a typical day for you will include:

Drive sales and customer acquisition

Cultivate strong relationships with franchise owners and corporate stakeholders

Align ProTradeNet programs with broader brand strategies
-
Empower franchise owners with knowledge of ProTradeNet's value and support
-
Optimize program participation and rebates through strategic initiatives
-
Expand sales and revenue within assigned accounts
-
Monitor program performance to ensure effectiveness and accuracy
-
Occasional travel (approximately 10%) for key meetings and events

(Required qualifications)

Experience: 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, customer service, or operations.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and equivalent experience is required.
