Job DescriptionAs a Franchise Operations Executive at Accor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our franchisee-operated hotels across the Pacific region uphold the highest standards of compliance and operational excellence.
This dynamic, high-impact position offers you the unique opportunity to influence and guide General Managers and Franchisees as well as their hotel leadership teams, masterfully balancing Accor corporate objectives with individual hotel goals – you will be responsible for enabling the franchisee performance with Accor and delivering Accor deliverables in their hotels.
In this role, you will drive regional success by seamlessly integrating new partners, training teams to optimise Accor systems and ensuring total compliance across brand standards, safety, ESG, and global commercial systems and platforms.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract opportunity.
Getting to know the role and your responsibilities
- Provide strategic support and training for hotels on Accor systems (e.g., Anais and TARS) during the integration process and on going support.
- Act as the primary liaison for franchise hotels, resolving daily inquiries and administrative issues promptly.
- Assist in onboarding new staff, fostering open communication, and supporting the rollout of Heartist culture initiatives in hotels.
- Manage information flow between hotels and the Accor network.
- Monitor hotel compliance with contractual obligations and Accor agreements.
- Oversee regional performance against Loyalty, NPS, RPS and distribution targets.
- Work closely with the VP of Franchise to support franchise network growth and integration of new hotels.
- Evaluate the financial impact of activities, implementing measures to enhance Accor's web direct performance across franchise hotels.
What we need from you
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in hotel operations, distribution, sales, or marketing, with a focus on commercial distribution and operations.
- Proven track record in managing and influencing teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Ability to understand and navigate complex stakeholder environments, building strong relationships across various levels.
- Demonstrated ability to guide, train, and influence teams towards achieving organisational goals.
- Confident and articulate in communication, with strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
