As a Franchise Developer on the Franchise Development team, a typical day for you will include:
- Generating leads and building comprehensive lists of prospective franchise owners.
- Evaluating candidate suitability and providing informative consultations to guide them through the selection process, including financial qualification.
- Effectively communicating the advantages and benefits of owning a Neighborly® franchise, highlighting key selling points.
- Collaborating with colleagues to host informative recruiting meetings for potential franchise owners.
- Contributing to the design and execution of advertising and trade show strategies to attract qualified candidates.

(Required qualifications)
- Experience: Five (5) or more years related experience in sales and/or training
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing for clear and informative interactions with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in phone communication, ensuring a professional and engaging experience for potential franchisees.
- Thrives in a sales environment, demonstrating an outgoing personality, a positive attitude, and strong self-confidence.
- Exhibits a balanced approach to problem-solving, possesses resilience, and effectively manages rejection.
- Proven ability to manage projects effectively, ensuring their successful completion.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
