Job DescriptionAs a Franchise Business Development Manager you will be an important role in working with our Partners to drive sustainability and growth in their area by achieving and exceeding area profitability. This role requires an individual who can build and maintain great relationships, add value to our Partners through their commercial acumen, and use their tenacity, resilience and influencing skills to deliver action

- Recruit the best: Develop and maintain a network to bring top talent into Greene King, championing our franchise concept and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
- Partner for Success: Collaborate closely with our self-employed Partner Operators, helping them craft and execute growth strategies within our Partnership framework
- Drive Performance: Achieve brilliant commercial results through regular business reviews, pub visits, and team meetings
- Manage with Precision: Oversee Partner contractual obligations, taking swift and decisive action when needed to ensure smooth operations

Skills Required
- Extensive experience in Leisure & Hospitality
- Experience in multi-site field-based role
- Ability to analyse data and create actionable commercial plans
- Outstanding communication, influencing, and networking skills
- Commercial acumen to drive area profitability and growth
