Opportunity

As Finance Assistant you will be ensuring full compliance with local statutory framework as well as Group Accounting and Reporting rules. You will report to the France Financial Control manager, inside a team with various profiles and topics (audit, compliance, accounting….).

In your daily work, you will work with an Accountant but also with vendors and colleagues in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Vendors invoices bookings with Group Shared Center on different french entities (shipping agency, Logistics company, warehousing activity….)
• Vendor payments Follow-up
• Car rental provider and car deliveries follow-up (car fleet management)
• Travel expenses management (payments, compliance in Concur…)
• Bank reconciliation follow-up

We are looking for

• Degree in accounting or administration
• Comfortable with figures
• SAP-user knowledge
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office products.
• Customer-centric with colleagues (business partner, find solutions)
• Languages: French and English (professional level in written English is a must)
