Dans le cadre de notre stratégie « Uplift », nous renforçons notre organisation digitale pour soutenir la transformation de nos métiers. Nous recherchons un Digital Technology Business Relationship Manager (H/F) chargé(e) d’assurer le lien entre les équipes métier – avec un focus spécifique sur la Finance et les Ressources Humaines – et les équipes globales Digital Technology.

Votre rôle est d’identifier les besoins, d’accompagner la transformation des processus et d’assurer la réussite des initiatives digitales en garantissant alignement, cohérence et valeur ajoutée pour l'organisation.

Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez :

1. Engagement et relations avec les parties prenantes
  • Participer activement au comité de direction de l’Operating Unit local.

  • Construire et entretenir des relations solides avec les interlocuteurs métiers afin de comprendre leurs objectifs, leurs enjeux et leurs besoins technologiques.

  • Assurer le rôle de relais entre les équipes métiers et les équipes digitales globales, en transformant les besoins métier en solutions techniques.

  • Contribuer à la définition de la feuille de route stratégique digitale de votre périmètre, en apportant de la valeur aux opérations locales.

  • Accompagner spécifiquement les équipes Finance et RH dans la digitalisation de leurs processus et l’optimisation de leurs solutions technologiques.

2. Développement de solutions
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour concevoir et développer des solutions digitales alignées avec les objectifs business.

  • Prioriser et accompagner les projets ayant un impact direct sur les fonctions Finance et RH.

  • Se tenir informé(e) des technologies émergentes et des tendances digitales afin d’enrichir les capacités numériques de l’organisation.

3. Communication & Reporting
  • Communiquer régulièrement l’avancement des projets, les jalons clés et les risques associés auprès des parties prenantes et de la direction.

  • Préparer et présenter des reportings démontrant l’impact des initiatives digitales sur la performance business.

4. Gestion des risques
  • Identifier les risques potentiels liés aux projets digitaux et travailler en transversalité pour élaborer des stratégies de mitigation.

  • Collaborer avec les équipes de conformité pour garantir l’alignement avec les réglementations et standards applicables.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :

  • Expérience confirmée en gestion de la relation métier, en transformation digitale ou en pilotage de projets IT.

  • Connaissance solide des environnements Finance (reporting, contrôle de gestion, comptabilité…) et RH (SIRH, talent, paie…).

  • Capacité à vulgariser des sujets techniques et à communiquer efficacement avec des publics variés.

  • Très bonnes compétences analytiques, sens de la résolution de problèmes et esprit critique.

  • Leadership d’influence, collaboration transverse et capacité à mobiliser des équipes globales.

  • Anglais courant
