Where You’ll Make a Difference
Track project progress and support the Scent Design Manager (SDM) in all required project activities
Prepare and coordinate submission packages, including fragrance samples (oil and/or applied formats), client presentation letters, and technical documentation
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technical documents such as Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), International Fragrance Association (IFRA) certificates, Product Data Sheets (PDS), and Certificates of Analysis
Consolidate and organize sensory and technical project information, including olfactive descriptions, fragrance mapping, and performance test data
Lead weekly project status meetings and communicate updates, risks, and next steps to stakeholders
Coordinate Sample Lab activities and prioritize sample production according to project timelines
Maintain and update business tracking systems with information related to wins, losses, business retention, and New Product Introductions (NPI)
Support internal coordination across teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and with quality
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and project tracking tools
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Chemistry, Engineering, Business, or related field
Experience in project coordination, sales support, or customer-facing roles
Strong organizational and project tracking skills, with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent English and Spanish required

Experience in fragrance, flavor, cosmetic, or consumer goods industry
Familiarity with technical documentation (MSDS, IFRA, PDS)
