Fractional HR Consultant – On-Site | Rockford, IL
Part-Time | Approx. 18 Hours/Week
HRBoost is seeking an experienced and adaptable Fractional HR Consultant to provide dedicated, on-site HR support for a client with facilities in Beloit, WI, and Rockford, IL. While some remote work may be possible, a strong on-site presence is required to effectively support HR operations across both locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR procedures, policies, and best practices
Support recruiting efforts and provide guidance on effective hiring processes
Advise on employee relations matters, with attention to legal compliance and business impact
Leverage HR systems and platforms to support HR functions efficiently
Partner with leadership on performance management, employee engagement, and talent development
Qualifications:
Proven HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with ISO 9000 standards is highly desirable
Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while also building strong relationships with on-site leadership
Compensation:
Starting range $39-41/hour, with potential for future consulting opportunities and growth within our network.
