Fractional HR Consultant

Fractional HR Consultant – On-Site | Rockford, IL
Part-Time | Approx. 18 Hours/Week 

HRBoost is seeking an experienced and adaptable Fractional HR Consultant to provide dedicated, on-site HR support for a client with facilities in Beloit, WI, and Rockford, IL.  While some remote work may be possible, a strong on-site presence is required to effectively support HR operations across both locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR procedures, policies, and best practices

• Support recruiting efforts and provide guidance on effective hiring processes

• Advise on employee relations matters, with attention to legal compliance and business impact

• Leverage HR systems and platforms to support HR functions efficiently

• Partner with leadership on performance management, employee engagement, and talent development

Qualifications:

• Proven HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

• Familiarity with ISO 9000 standards is highly desirable

• Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently while also building strong relationships with on-site leadership

Compensation:
Starting range $39-41/hour, with potential for future consulting opportunities and growth within our network.
