Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel communications strategy that aligns with organizational mission and goals
• Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms
• Lead execution of unified external communication supported by the founding team and professional photographer/videographer
• Oversee content creation and curation for all external communications, including: digital, video, audio, social media and print content
• Manage media relations, develop strategic contacts with media members, influencers, and community leaders

Key Qualifications:

• Exceptional creative vision with a portfolio showcasing ability to direct visual storytelling and brand excellence across digital marketing, photography, and video production
• Prior startup experience with launching hardtech/deeptech products
• Proven experience in strategic communications
• Ability to thrive in a fast startup environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills to drive collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure a unified and impactful brand narrative
• Expertise in multi-channel content creation and brand management
• Analytical skills for performance tracking and strategic planning
