-To provide expert advice to superiors for Financial Reporting & Accounting and manage the reporting and accounting requirements for the general ledger; to ensure compliance with external and internal accounting reporting requirements in a timely and accurate manner.Job Description
Major Accountabilities
Work with direct managers to support financial activities, decision making, and general projects.
Provide timely and proactive support on the general ledger.
Maintain accurate and timely fixed asset information, including assets under construction and depreciation calculations.
Prepare analyses and reporting with emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and timeliness (e.g., profit and loss activity).
Provide all required data for internal (Financial Consolidation and Reporting System) and external reporting accurately and on time.
Deliver first-line support for SAP issues related to fixed assets, cash, and general ledger.
Contribute to FRA projects at the country or business unit level.
Report technical complaints, adverse events, or special case scenarios related to Sandoz products within 24 hours; support distribution of marketing samples when applicable.
Key Performance Indicators & Minimum Requirements
Internal customer satisfaction with the quality, relevance, and timeliness of financial analyses.
Customer satisfaction with service delivery and process-specific KPIs aligned with agreed SLAs.
Operations management and execution experience.
Skills in influencing key stakeholders and building effective teams.
Strong critical thinking and effective communication abilities.
Knowledge of financial accounting and financial/management reporting.
Experience in people development, process optimization, and resource allocation.
Understanding of value drivers; proficiency in English.
