Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business sales by identifying and pursuing commercial opportunities across the Southwest region of France, targeting high-potential companies and building strong relationships from the outset.
- Expand scope of work within existing clients by increasing our share of their staffing budget, deepening partnerships and contributing to revenue growth.
- Manage and retain existing accounts by taking full ownership of client relationships, ensuring service excellence, driving adoption of our app, and acting as the primary point of contact to ensure consistent delivery and satisfaction.
- Activate regional sites of national tenders won by the national Account Executives and follow-up on their requests and needs.
- Control the margin of your customer portfolio and develop adaptive measures. Regularly report on the customer portfolio performance (with our performance team).
- Collaborate with the central staffing and recruiting team to deliver seamless, high-quality service and workers to your customers.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in the staffing or interim sector
- Proven track record in selling staffing solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a drive to exceed expectations.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a structured approach to addressing challenges
- Ready to travel most of the time across your region to meet customers and prospects
- Fluent English is a plus, but not mandatory
