Role Overview
As an FPGA Configuration Architect (Grade 8), you will contribute to the design, development, and validation of FPGA configuration architecture and subsystems. You will work closely with senior architects and cross-functional teams to implement configuration features, debug system issues, and ensure robust FPGA configuration across product lifecycles. This role is hands-on technical with opportunities to grow into domain ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Configuration Architecture DevelopmentContribute to configuration subsystem architecture definition
Support configuration schemes such as JTAG, SPI, CvP
Support architecture documentation (HAS, micro-architecture specs)
Develop configuration-related RTL / firmware / interfaces
Implement control logic and data paths
Ensure design meets performance and reliability targets
Support silicon bring-up and debug
Investigate configuration failures and bitstream issues
Work with validation teams for root cause analysis
Collaborate with architecture, software, firmware, and validation teams
Participate in design reviews
Optimize configuration time and robustness
Maintain design specs, test plans, and debug documentation
