We are looking for a detail-oriented FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Senior Analyst to play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities. This role will work closely with the Finance & Accounting team and various departments to provide insightful financial information, support strategic decision-making, and drive business performance.


As a FP&A Senior Analyst, you will:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning within an established EPM.
  • Analyze financial data, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and business growth.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary on key drivers.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop project-based business cases to continue to scale the business while ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making and address specific business inquiries.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry. 
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills in large data sets, statistical modeling, and organized data flow.
  • Financial planning software (EPM) experience (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Oracle).
  • Financial reporting software (ERP) experience (e.g. Netsuite, SAP, Quickbooks).
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Enthusiasm for technology and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
