Provide first-level B2B SaaS customer support through phone, chat, and email. Troubleshoot dealership and product issues, manage high-volume cases, maintain accurate ticket records, meet SLAs and KPIs, and improve support documentation and processes. The role requires strong communication, empathy, organization, analytical problem-solving, and technical product troubleshooting skills.

Manage a portfolio of dealership customers, serving as a consultative SaaS advisor. Own gross and net revenue retention, customer adoption, renewals, expansion, and account health. Lead impact reviews and quarterly business reviews, execute customer success playbooks, coordinate issue resolution, support OEM campaigns, document account plans, and partner with Sales on upsell opportunities. The role requires strong communication, judgment, relationship management, and occasional travel to dealership locations.
