We are hiring a Remote Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Senior Analyst.

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Senior Analyst is responsible for assisting the Director of FP&A in leading various financial management duties. The role includes gathering and analyzing historical data, drafting financial reports, and coordinating across the organization to create budgets and forecasts by department, legal entity and company consolidation. The Financial Analyst is also responsible for building and maintaining the systems and digital tools necessary for process automation, controls, and consistency.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the implementation and serve as a super-user for NSPB Financial Management Reporting system.

2. Prepare monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reporting for both internal and external audiences.

3. Highlight key trends and provide actionable insights to support decision making.

4. Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and the budget process.

5. Partner with business leads to develop accurate budgets and forecasts.

6. Prepare monthly pre-close Flash.

7. Partner with Operations team to update monthly volume Forecast reports.

8. Quantify and track business Opportunities and Risks.

9. All Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.

2. 4-7 years experience of preparation, distribution and analysis of Monthly Financial Reporting and analysis of key Financial metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

3. Strong systems experience (Hyperion, NSPB, NetSuite).

4. Attention to detail.

5. Critical thinking.

6. Strong organizational and time management skills.

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
