Role Summary

Develop automated data solutions to meet FP&A requirements, globally across the firm, for management information, external disclosures and planning and forecasting purposes. Build an extensive knowledge of Marex’s business operations, covering analytical requirements, booking models, source systems and data flows, to work towards the systematic development of the required data sets, to the standards of a listed environment. Rapidly automate specified business requirements, developing dashboards, reports and models, providing insight into business performance for finance and senior management. Partner with the enterprise data teams working towards the target state solution for sourcing, reporting and modelling data for FP&A.

Responsibilities

  • Develop automated solutions to meet financial planning and analysis requirements, globally across the firm, for management reporting and external disclosures.
  • Build an extensive knowledge of Marex’s business operations, covering analytical requirements, booking models, source systems and data flows, to work towards the systematic development of the required data sets.
  • Develop firm-wide financial datasets, for business management, forecast financials and external disclosures, to meet the standards of a listed environment.
  • Rapidly automate specified business requirements, develop dashboards, reports and models.
  • Maintain an overall view of the target state data requirements, working with enterprise data teams towards the target state solution for sourcing, reporting and modelling data for FP&A.
  • Drive significant process improvements, sourcing and analysing data to meet internal management and business needs and external disclosures.
  • Provide key financial metrics to investors and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
