We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced FP&A Manager to join our finance team in Curitiba or São Paulo. As an FP&A Manager, you will play a crucial role in the company’s financial management and planning, ensuring forecast accuracy and supporting strategic decision-making.
You will also be responsible for:
- Managing the company’s Budget and Forecast process, working closely with various business areas.
- Conducting detailed financial analyses, including for both P&L and Cash Flow generation, to support company decisions.
- Producing comprehensive and accurate financial reports, providing critical information for senior management and strategic areas.
- Collaborating with finance, pricing, and other teams to ensure efficient resource allocation and identify optimization opportunities.
- Contributing to the development of financial models and scenario analyses to support the company’s growth and strategic planning.
- Participating in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives related to the finance area.
Key requirements for the position:
- Proven experience in FP&A, financial planning, data analysis, and reporting;
- Participation in high-complexity projects and ERP implementations experience;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data;
What would be a plus?
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields;
- Experience in technology, fintech, or e-commerce companies;
- Ability to work collaboratively, demonstrating effective communication skills and influencing strategic decisions;
