About the role
Are you passionate about using financial insights to shape the future of a fast-growing, global business?
We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven FP&A Manager to play a key role in driving financial excellence, supporting leadership, and fostering collaboration across global teams.
In this role, you’ll go beyond the numbers—partnering with senior stakeholders across the organization to provide critical financial insights that fuel growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. You’ll own forecasting and financial planning, transforming complex data into compelling stories that drive strategic decision-making.
Working across multiple regions and business functions, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between planning and execution Whether it’s optimizing revenue strategies, guiding investment decisions, or enhancing financial processes, your work will have a direct and meaningful impact on the company’s success.

This hybrid role will be based out of our Barcelona office, where we foster a collaborative and creative work environment. We encourage team members to join us in the office to build stronger connections. You will report directly to the Director of FP&A.

What you will be doing
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for revenue and expenses – Take full ownership of the financial planning process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. You’ll provide real-time insights and recommendations that empower leadership to make data-driven decisions.
- Develop financial models to support business growth – Build and refine sophisticated financial models that help assess new opportunities, optimize resource allocation, and drive long-term sustainable growth.
- Partner with commercial and R&D teams to optimize revenue and profitability – Work hand-in-hand with key business leaders across sales, marketing, and product, and engineering to maximize financial performance, enhance pricing strategies, and identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational improvements – Monitor, interpret, and communicate critical business metrics, proactively identifying trends, risks, and opportunities that enhance efficiency and overall business performance.
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations – Deliver clear, data-driven insights to senior leadership, transforming complex financial data into actionable strategies that support company-wide objectives and long-term success.

- Experienced in working within advertising agencies, AdTech companies, or Ad Networks, you bring relevant background knowledge that enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
