The FP&A Manager will be a leader within the Advisory Service Line as a part of the overall Finance Team. The FP&A Manager leads a variety of financial focus areas in support of the firm's overall financial goals.

• Lead monthlyfinancial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
• Develop and lead FP&A team members in support of the firm's goals
• Report on financial performance and support preparation for regular leadership reviews
• Lead the annual budgeting process to establish financial budgets for the coming fiscal year
• Analyze past results, performvariance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans andforecasts; proactively identifying areas for improvement
• Support effective cost management by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
• Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
• Lead corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.
• Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.

• 8+ years of business finance or other relevant experience
• BA or BS degree required (Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics)
• Significant experience infinancial modelingtechniques and developing financial reports
• Strong fluency withExcel formulas and functions as well as Word and Powerpoint
• Knowledge of revenue recognition across different contract types
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills and the ability to interact with Leaders across the firm
• Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization

The hiring range for this position is $125,000 - $150,000. Final offers will consider experience, location, and budget.
