FP&A Manager Eastern Europe

Job Description
Excellent opportunity to join Kraft Heinz Eastern Europe Business unit Team, leading the FP&A and Zero Based Budgeting agenda.
Location - Amsterdam
Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and consolidate financial Month End closure
• Prepare and share the key financial reports to the Business Team with Actual results and Forecast updates
• Lead the ZBB Agenda through constant challenge and control of indirects budget
• Manage the Month Performance Review deck preparation & Forecast Commitment meeting update
• Be a partner to CEO/CFO for any performance related quarries
• Actively drive the Automation / Finance Transformation agenda within the Company
• Build strong network within Zone FP&A community to gather best practices and insights

Requirements:

• 5 years of expertise in Finance function (FP&A / Commercial finance preferably)
• Advanced Excel / Power Point knowledge skills
• Basic understanding of SAP system
• Ability to process / visualise / simplify big data
• Developed presentation skills / Story telling (presentation to Leadership Team)
• Desire and wish to improve / simplify processes and tasks.
