Objective :
Supports leadership and FLT (financial and non-financial) to better decision. Implement key financial process, standard reports and methodologies. Support to integrate the business such as rituals and routines, business cycle and financial statements (mainly P&L).
Perform as the go-to Finance person for newly acquired businesses, having full visibility of key levers behind actuals and forecasts, reconciling those with assumptions from the acquisition business case, partnering with the PMI team to prioritise and drive traction on synergy initiatives, and impairment tests as needed with Controllership.
Besides the usual financial planning routines, must help to develop the cash flow management in the area, supporting treasury and leadership to better decisions. Follow the business cycle for cash aligned with FP&A, focusing not just on forecast and planning, but with projects and actions plan to improve our cash conversion.

Skills / Competencies:

  • BSc in Business, Economics, Engineering,
  • Advanced English,
  • Advanced Microsoft Office,
  • Experience of 2+ years (In Finance Function, In FMCGs, In FP&A or RGM),
  • Desired: SAP, HFM, Tableau or Power BI.
