The Crown Is Yours
Our Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Team manages business planning, financial forecasting and analysis, corporate development, and fundraising. As an FP&A Associate, you'll work cross-functionally across several groups, including Finance, Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, and Human Resources. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, forecasting, month/quarter-end close, and reporting operating expenses across the organization.
What you'll do as an FP&A Associate

• Serve as a key representative to help model, structure, execute, and track key strategic initiatives for the groups you will support.
• Support and optimize a rolling 12-month monthly forecasting process for various groups.
• Engage across departments to stay up to date on the latest vendors, product developments, and initiatives to make forecasts as accurate as possible.
• Monitor forecasts and benchmark performance; identify sources of deviation and ensure action is taken based on new information.
• Work with senior partners to identify their functional goals and support the development of their annual Operating Plan as well as their multi-year plan.
• Support the Accounting team with month-end reconciliation of accruals.

What you'll bring

• At least 1 year of professional experience in FP&A or a related finance role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another quantitative field is required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to moderate based on the audience while partnering with a range of cross-functional partners.
• Proficiency in financial analysis methods, concepts, and tools.
• Extensive experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of relevant financial systems, such as OneStream, Hyperion, or similar.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 62,600.00 USD - 78,300.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
