What We're Looking For

Cross River is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for finance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
  • Work with business units to develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations for senior management and Board of Directors
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and analyses as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PPT and Pigment Planning Tool a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of financial statements and financial analysis techniques is a plus

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00
