What We're Looking For
Cross River is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for finance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Work with business units to develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
- Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information
- Assist with the preparation of presentations for senior management and Board of Directors
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and analyses as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PPT and Pigment Planning Tool a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of financial statements and financial analysis techniques is a plus

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00
