Job Description
Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
- Assist in the monthly group management reporting process including financial results review and preparation of presentations to Group Finance.
- Prepare monthly flash sales and KPI reports with commentary to management
- Perform variance analysis per business unit/ department and communicate with budget owners about financial results.
- Collaboration with Accounting team to ensure accurate classification of expenses
- Business partnering to key stakeholders and senior management, provide strategic views to ensure profitability of the business
- Contribute to the design and implementation of management reporting policies and process
- Assist in the automation of financial KPI dashboard in Tableau (group BI tool)
- Support the group annual budget process
- Drives process improvements to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications
It could be you, if you have
- An experience with accounting operations, internal controls and financial planning and analysis,
- With a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in finance functions, ideally in international organizations
- A clear communication in English with managers, direct reports, coworkers, and external parties;
- Strong people skills and the ability to proactively address problems;
- An advanced understanding and application of data analysis and Excel, with Good command of Pack Office;
- A capability of translating strategy into an executable plan and tangible actions
- A “Yes we can” attitude, fast learner, detailed oriented and autonomous;
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
- Strong communication skills; well organized; both people and process driven;
- Experienced and comfortable working with multicultural teams and peers; ability, willingness, and enthusiasm to take on and execute projects autonomously and proactively; strong sense of ownership; internal customer focused;
- Fluent English. Another language is a plus.
