Job Description

Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

  • Assist in the monthly group management reporting process including financial results review and preparation of presentations to Group Finance.
  • Prepare monthly flash sales and KPI reports with commentary to management
  • Perform variance analysis per business unit/ department and communicate with budget owners about financial results.
  • Collaboration with Accounting team to ensure accurate classification of expenses
  • Business partnering to key stakeholders and senior management, provide strategic views to ensure profitability of the business
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of management reporting policies and process
  • Assist in the automation of financial KPI dashboard in Tableau (group BI tool)
  • Support the group annual budget process
  • Drives process improvements to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications

It could be you, if you have

  • An experience with accounting operations, internal controls and financial planning and analysis,
  • With a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in finance functions, ideally in international organizations
  • A clear communication in English with managers, direct reports, coworkers, and external parties;
  • Strong people skills and the ability to proactively address problems;
  • An advanced understanding and application of data analysis and Excel, with Good command of Pack Office;
  • A capability of translating strategy into an executable plan and tangible actions
  • A “Yes we can” attitude, fast learner, detailed oriented and autonomous;
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
  • Strong communication skills; well organized; both people and process driven;
  • Experienced and comfortable working with multicultural teams and peers; ability, willingness, and enthusiasm to take on and execute projects autonomously and proactively; strong sense of ownership; internal customer focused;
  • Fluent English. Another language is a plus.

  • Are familiar with specialized Oracle NetSuite accounting software , Tableau
