What You Will Do
- Analyze current and past financial data,
- Monitor current financial performance and identify trends,
- Prepare financial reports and communicate insights to the wider business,
- Consult with the management team to develop long-term commercial plans,
- Suggest budgets and improvements based on financial analysis,
- Explore various investment opportunities,
- Develop financial models and provide accurate financial forecasts,
- Develop initiatives and policies that improve financial growth.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Management, or other related fields,
- 3-4 years of experience in a related finance role. Audit or SaaS experience is also valuable but not a requirement,
- Passion for data analysis and "number crunching" with the ability to maintain a big-picture perspective,
- Proactive and self-directed mindset with a strong ability to take initiative,
- Proven ability to coordinate and motivate team members,
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines,
- Business judgment and critical thinking skills to prioritize high-value tasks and develop strategies,
- Excellent command of English,
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced startup environment.
