About the Opportunity

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Specialist to join Bring IT's Finance team.

In this role, you will support the company's financial planning, forecasting, modeling, reporting, and business analytics activities across our global operations. You will work closely with Finance leadership and key business stakeholders to transform financial and operational data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Support Bring IT's budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Maintain and update financial forecasting models and planning tools.
• Perform monthly financial and operational performance analysis, including budget vs. actual and forecast variance analysis.
• Analyze revenue, costs, margins, profitability, and other key financial and operational drivers.
• Identify financial trends, risks, opportunities, and areas requiring management attention.
• Prepare recurring management reports, dashboards, and financial presentations.
• Support the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and financial reporting tools.
• Perform scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and ad hoc financial analysis.
• Consolidate and analyze financial information across regions, business units, and functions.
  
• Partner with Finance and business leaders to collect, validate, and analyze financial information.
• Support KPI development and ongoing performance tracking.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related function.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, Pivot Tables, financial models, scenario analysis, and data manipulation.
• Experience working with Power BI or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
