We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Specialist to join our finance team. The successful candidate will support the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, contributing to the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial models. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in finance and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
· Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
· Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management.
· Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis.
· Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data.
· Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
· Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Chemical, Engineer or a related field.
· 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or a related role.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
· Fluent English is mandatory
· Spanish is a pus
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with financial planning in chemical industry or other manufacturing environment.
· Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
