About the Role

We are seeking a Manager, FP&A to join our growing Finance team in Cork. This role will be a critical business partner to our Subscription Services organization, with responsibility for leading weekly forecast updates, tracking key business metrics, and delivering high-quality monthly and quarterly reporting.
 

You will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance visibility, business insights, and process efficiency for our Services business across global markets. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and financial modeling skills with a deep understanding of services business models and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forecasting & Reporting
    • Own Service P&L Forecast; annual and quarterly revenue and cost forecast, weekly reporting against targets.
    • Partner with Subscription Service Growth Group and Cloud Operations Group to ensure accuracy of P&L Forecast.
    • Own monthly and quarterly close deliverables, including variance analysis, management reporting, and presentations to senior leadership.
    • Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, revenue recognition
    • Analyse and Influence Cloud cost drivers to improve the profitability of the Services P&L.
  • Business Partnership
    • Collaborate closely with Services Growth leadership, Delivery teams, and Finance business partners to understand operational drivers and ensure alignment between financial plans and business priorities.
    • Translate business inputs into actionable financial insights and recommendations.
  • Metrics & Analysis
    • Track and analyze key subscription metrics, such as funnel bookings, renewals, expansions, conversion, churn, subscribers margin, and delivery performance.
    • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the business, and provide strategic insights to support decision-making.
  • Process Improvement
    • Automate services P&L forecast in Adaptive.
    • Streamline forecasting and reporting processes to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and dashboard development in tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Collaboration & Communication
    • Partner with the Finance Systems team to ensure proper data integration and reporting capabilities via platforms such as Workday Adaptive Planning.
    • Present findings and insights clearly and confidently to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or accounting qualification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, with at least 2 years supporting a Subscription Services.
  • Experience in data analytics or FP&A for a SaaS Organization with an understanding of Subscription Revenue and Cloud Costs a plus.
  • Proven expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting in a fast-paced, global business.
  • Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; Revenue Modeling experience a plus
  • Proficiency with financial planning systems (Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, NetSuite, etc.). Familiarity with visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and large data sets.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility to work across PST time zone a few days per week is essential.
