- 5+ years of experience in FP&A in high-growth, or startup environments
- Hands-on ownership of core FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, cashflow, HC and management reporting
- Demonstrated experience personally building and maintaining financial and operational models from scratch
- Strong ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for executives and business stakeholders
- Experience working closely with senior leadership as a trusted business partner
- High level of autonomy with a track record of independent execution and full accountability for deliverables
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail, combined with a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset
- Experience driving process improvements, automation, and system enhancements within finance
- Ability to thrive as a sole contributor, prioritizing effectively and managing multiple workstreams end-to-end
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to clearly present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
- Growth mindset and readiness to evolve into a managerial role, including building and leading a small FP&A team in the future
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with BI tools, planning systems, or ERP tools is a strong advantage
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
