FP&A Manager

Reporting to the Finance Director, the FP&A Manager plays a key role in driving the company's financial performance. The position is responsible for financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and business partnering, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasts, and long-term financial planning activities.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, identifying key variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Deliver financial insights and recommendations to support business performance and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with and challenge operational leaders on budget management and performance objectives.
• Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs to ensure clear visibility of business performance.
• Support investment appraisals, business cases, and ad hoc financial analyses.
• Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting tools, and financial models.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional teams across the organization.

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Controlling, or Corporate Finance.
• Strong financial analysis, reporting, and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting and ERP systems (Power BI, SAP, Anaplan, Oracle, or equivalent).
• Fluent English required
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
• Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
