Recruitment Context
As iBanFirst continues to scale — €80M in revenue, 30% YoY growth, profitable — we are strengthening our Finance function to match the ambition of the business. We are looking for an FP&A Manager to join Arnaud De la Porte (CFO & Deputy CEO) following the departure of the current FP&A Manager.
You will inherit a solid foundation and take it further — raising the bar on financial analysis, forecasting quality, and the Finance team's ability to be a true business partner across the organisation.

You will manage two FP&A Analysts (1 junior and 1 senior).
You will work in close collaboration with the broader Finance team across Paris, Brussels, and London (Controlling, Accounting, Treasury), as well as cross-functional business partners (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Tech).
What will you do?
As FP&A Manager, you will be the financial intelligence engine of iBanFirst — ensuring the business has the right data, models, and insights to make confident decisions at speed.

- Prepare quarterly Board and investor materials, building a rigorous and compelling performance storyline
- Support fundraising processes end-to-end, from due diligence preparation to data room management
- Contribute to M&A and strategic transaction analysis: reviewing targets, challenging figures and supporting Q&A
- Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting infrastructure
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline recurring financial tasks, including through AI tools
- Ensure consistency and integrity of financial data across systems
- Coach, develop, and support the FP&A Analysts in their day-to-day work and professional growth

- Elevate the quality and speed of FP&A reporting
- Deliver a refreshed forecasting model and scenario framework

- Start challenging the status quo: what should we do differently? What's missing? What's not good enough? Begin translating these observations into actionable recommendations
- Own the full FP&A agenda with high autonomy
- Have a measurable impact on the quality of financial decisions across the group
- Contribute to at least one strategic or transactional initiative
