Support annual planning, data consolidation, and executive presentations while partnering with Sales Ops, RevOps, and PS leadership.

We offer a flexible working policy that supports a healthy balance between personal and professional well-being. This role requires in-office presence on Tuesdays & Thursdays to collaborate, connect, and learn from peers - while also maintaining the flexibility for meaningful work-life balance.
Being an FP&A Manager – Commercial Finance (GTM) at iManage Means…
You will be joining iManage at a pivotal moment in our FP&A journey. As one of the first hires on a growing team, you'll help build the commercial finance foundation from the ground up. Your primary focus will be on GTM and Sales — owning the analytical engine behind our most important revenue metrics and building a trusted finance partnership with our Sales and Go-To-Market organization. You'll also establish the early foundations of Professional Services (PS) finance support, with that partnership deepening as the team and your role mature. You'll work closely with the Head of FP&A throughout, with a clear path toward expanded ownership as iManage's FP&A function scales.
iM Responsible For…
  • GTM & Sales Finance:
    • Maintaining and calculating ARR and NRR as the operational source of truth, supporting the Head of FP&A in reporting to Finance leadership and the GTM organization.
    • Building and maintaining revenue models across GTM revenue streams — new bookings (ACV), renewals, expansions, upsell, cross-sell, and churn — to support forecasting and reforecasting led by the Head of FP&A.
    • Producing pipeline-to-revenue reporting and bookings analysis in close partnership with Sales Ops, providing Finance's view of commercial performance.
    • Preparing scenario analysis, sensitivity modeling, and ARR-to-revenue waterfall outputs to support GTM planning and Sales leadership conversations.
    • Supporting Sales capacity and headcount planning — connecting quota-carrying headcount to revenue targets and modeling commission structure changes in partnership with RevOps.
    • Tracking churn and expansion trends, identifying risks and opportunities within the customer base.
  • Professional Services Finance:
    • Building the early PS finance infrastructure — establishing reporting cadences and project-level profitability tracking across fixed-fee and Time & Materials (T&M) engagements.
    • Monitoring budgeted vs. actual hours and costs, flagging at-risk projects early to support PS leadership discussions led by the Head of FP&A.
    • Maintaining backlog health visibility and developing initial capacity planning models as the foundation for deeper PS finance partnership over time.
  • Annual Planning & Cross-Functional:
    • Supporting the Head of FP&A on revenue and PS planning workstreams — owning model builds, data preparation, and consolidation inputs.
    • Coordinating data gathering across GTM, Sales, and PS in support of Head of FP&A-led planning cycles and executive presentations.
iM Qualified Because I Have…
  • 5+ years of FP&A experience, with meaningful time at a SaaS company; prior SaaS experience is required.
  • Strong fluency in SaaS revenue metrics including ARR, NRR, ACV, churn, gross and net retention, expansion, and the SaaS revenue waterfall.
  • Experience supporting ARR and NRR calculation and revenue forecasting in a GTM or commercial finance capacity.
  • Comfort working alongside Sales Ops or Revenue Ops teams, including navigating CRM data and commercial reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work credibly with GTM and Sales stakeholders and translate analytical outputs into clear commercial narratives.
  • Experience contributing to annual planning cycles, including revenue target-setting, scenario modeling, and executive-level presentations.
Bonus Points If I Have...
  • Familiarity with Professional Services or project-based business economics, or a demonstrated curiosity and willingness to develop in this area
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and/or NetSuite

At iManage, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment, and encourage everyone to show up as their full authentic selves. We welcome those that come with a growth mindset and a hunger for learning; so, if you are excited about this role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification we encourage you to apply anyways!
