As the FP&A Lead Analyst, you will:
• Responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making. This role involves collaborating with senior management to develop financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets, and providing insights that drive the company’s financial performance.
• Manage pacing and consolidate regional pacing inputs to central pacing files, prepare and take notes and track Risks and Opportunities
• Track KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the Services. Responsible for consolidating and managing the business cycle- 90 days plan, budget, forecasts at each level of the organization.
• Analyze the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed.
• Drive quarter closes and ensure timely, accurate and complete results reporting
• Support the closing process, run and publish reports and highlight gaps from actuals to pacing.
• Lead daily calls during Monthly/Quarterly closing and helps Regional Finance Managers with close process
• Prepare MJEs and coordinate with Controllership / Genpact teams for booking
• Impacts projects, processes and procedures in own field. The role operates with some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities/provision of advice within an enabling discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Activities require professional judgment but may require more senior levels of guidance.
• Utilizes technical expertise and judgement to solve problems. Leverages technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
• A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor, with proven interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. Provides informal guidance to new team members. Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations.
• Identify LEAN projects to drive standard work and continuous improvement of analytics through automation, implementation of standard practices and promote usage of Power BI.
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Operations Management, or related field from an accredited university or college
• Minimum of two years of working experience in Finance, operations or business management role.
