We are seeking a motivated Finance Intern to join our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team in Monaco. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and contribute to our financial operations while developing valuable skills in a dynamic environment.

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and variances.
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather data and provide insights.
• Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with financial modeling is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Fluency in, and ability to work in English
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starter mentality
• Comfortable with a degree of ambiguity, working with manual processes, and finding creative solutions using new tools or approaches where needed
• Previous internship in finance is a plus

• Hands-on experience in a professional finance environment
• Exposure to various departments, partnering with them on budgeting and variance analysis topics, and involvement in high-impact business decisions as the company scales
