Position Overview:
We are seeking a versatile Financial Analyst to support FP&A, financial systems administration, and emerging AI-enabled workflows. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong execution with growing ownership across planning, reporting, and systems. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across Excel models, ERP/FP&A platforms, and data/automation tools—while contributing to the development and adoption of AI-driven capabilities within finance. Exposure to modern Cloud ERP environments, including SAP S/4HANA and its AI features, is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities (FP&A):

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including variance analysis and management insights
  • Maintain and enhance financial models with a focus on accuracy, transparency, and scalability
  • Partner with business stakeholders to collect inputs and track financial performance
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis to support operational and strategic decisions

Financial Systems & Administration:

  • Administer and support ERP and FP&A systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Adaptive, Anaplan, NetSuite)
  • Maintain data integrity across systems, including data loads, reconciliations, and validation checks
  • Manage user access, system configurations, and reporting hierarchies
  • Troubleshoot system and reporting issues, coordinating with IT and external vendors as needed
  • Drive process improvements, including automation of recurring reporting and workflows
  • Document system processes and maintain governance standards

AI & Automation Enablement:

  • Support the development and deployment of AI-enabled tools to enhance financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting efficiency
  • Partner with finance and technology teams to identify use cases for automation, machine learning, and agent-based workflows
  • Contribute to the integration and adoption of SAP S/4HANA Cloud capabilities, including Joule and SAP’s agentic AI framework
  • Help design and test conversational and agent-driven finance workflows that guide users through reporting, planning, and operational tasks
  • Evaluate opportunities to streamline processes using scripting, low-code tools, or AI-assisted analytics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a hybrid finance/systems role
  • Advanced Excel skills; strong financial modeling capability
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and/or FP&A systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA or similar Cloud ERP platforms
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementations or upgrades (including data migration, testing, or process design) is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with data and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and basic SQL or scripting is a plus
  • Interest in or experience with AI/automation tools in a finance context is highly desirable

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Rate Minimum:

$67,500 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum:

$90,000 annually

Skills Required
