Littelfuse is currently seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to join our team in Lipa. This position will lead a small team of finance associates, manage financial planning and analysis activities, oversee budget processes, and ensure adherence to Littelfuse’s financial standards. The FP&A Manager will play a critical role in mitigating risks, driving performance, and supporting business growth through insightful financial analysis and compliance with local statutory requirements.

Team Leadership and Management
Coach, mentor, and manage the performance and development of a team of finance associates.
Allocate resources, monitor project status, and serve as an escalation point for team issues.
Financial Planning and Analysis
Provide financial review and analytical support for business units.
Lead, facilitate, and execute complex FP&A projects to support strategic initiatives.
Identify opportunities to maximize business outcomes and drive value.
Control and Compliance
Ensure that the team maintains appropriate controls over analysis and forecasting models.
Assess financial issues and develop effective resolutions to meet objectives.
Statutory Compliance
Manage compliance with local government requirements.
Support annual financial statements and external audits.
About you:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
7+ years of experience in financial analysis and planning (FP&A).
Proven management and leadership experience.
Experience working with global manufacturing companies is highly preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
