Mission:
Drive strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis, data-driven forecasting, and business intelligence
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate cross-functionally to set annual budget targets for growth, expenses, and profit
- Maintain a rolling 3-year budget and provide top-down forecasts for years 4 and 5
- Deliver monthly budget-to-actuals updates to all departments and facilitate review meetings
- Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses to support forecasting and strategic planning
- Prepare monthly board KPI and financial update packages with insights and delivery in advance of board calls
- Lead M&A due diligence, valuation, and post-acquisition integration support
- Track and report on key unit economics including ARR, ACV, CAC, LTV, churn, and NRR
- Support pricing strategy and manage discount and refund policies
- Partner with BI team to ensure timely, accurate analytics and weekly scorecard updates
- Mentor and develop team members to elevate organizational financial acumen
