What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the AOP and forecasting cycles for your SBU's with a strong focus on accuracy, ownership, and continuous improvement; confidently challenge and refine business submissions.
Build and maintain detailed, forward‑looking financial models that enable better decision‑making and highlight risks and opportunities early.
Deliver high‑quality, insight‑driven reporting, KPIs, and board‑ready presentations with a strong attention to detail and narrative clarity.
Act as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders, providing constructive challenge and driving a culture of accountability and performance.
Proactively monitor and analyse working capital performance, identifying areas to optimise cash and improve operational efficiency.
Take ownership of broader FP&A responsibilities, continuously looking for ways to enhance processes, improve accuracy, and drive best‑in‑class performance standards.
What You’ll Bring
Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong FP&A experience in a complex organisation.
Ambitious and driven, with a clear desire to progress and take on increasing responsibility.
Strong financial modelling and analytical capability, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Commercially minded with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
Proactive, ownership‑driven mindset, with a track record of working in a high‑performance environment.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP/TM1 or similar tools is advantageous.
Able to prioritise effectively and deliver high‑quality outputs in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment.
