Key Responsibilities
- Lead the forecasting, reporting, and analysis of both direct and indirect cash flow and the balance sheet for Financial Services.
- Prepare short- and long-term forecasts, identify risks and opportunities, analyze variances and business trends, and present insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Reconcile direct and indirect cash flow statements on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Manage and track weekly cash pacing and support month- and quarter-end close activities.
- Drive and support cross-functional process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Propose and implement solutions to streamline financial processes.
- Engage and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Support team flexibility by cross-training with peers and sharing knowledge across the finance team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
- Prior FP&A experience strongly preferred.
- Completion of Financial Management Program (FMP) is a plus.
- Strong financial modeling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to collaborate across functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with tools such as Hyperion, Alteryx, or Tableau is a strong advantage.

- Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and work independently with minimal supervision.
