Location of position: Lisle, IL
Job Duties
As our FP&A Business Manager, you will develop and coordinate budgeting, forecasting and analysis of unit’s operations / fixed cost. You’ll also provide financial leadership and partnering with leaders to maximize investment opportunities, identify and manage cost savings, and provide monthly analysis and forecasting. This role will supply timely, accurate information to leaders to help and support them in executing the planned business and budget actions. You’ll also monitor key metrics (including KPIs) and proactively address issues to management.
You will bring 10+ years of progressive and successful FP&A experience to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, or similar field. Master’s degree preferred.

Annual Base Pay Range:
The hiring range for this role is $135,500 – $177,870. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
Variable Compensation
KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive (60/40) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
