Job Summary:

The Corporate FP&A Team is responsible for leading the development and execution of enterprise financial growth strategy, annual planning, and performance management efforts. This role reports to the Manager of FP&A and will be a key contributor to enabling the team’s ability to execute by developing and implementing a comprehensive financial data analytics framework to support the finance community in enterprise planning and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Defining, Developing and Delivering Analytical Solutions:

  • Lead the definition, development, and delivery of innovative analytical solutions.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive data analytics frameworks.
  • Manipulate large data sets for business insights and implement solutions, specifically focused on advanced problems and models.

Identifying and Solving Business Problems:

  • Identify, analyze, and solve complex business problems and inefficiencies.
  • Define business cases and analytics use-cases.
  • Ability to discover opportunities in the business that could be addressed by leveraging Analytics.

Coordination and Customization:

  • Coordinate with senior business users and technical staff to customize high-level solutions.
  • Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may provide guidance to other personnel.

Communication and Advocacy:

  • Translate highly complex analytical and technical concepts to non-technical employees.
  • Champion the use of statistics, distributions, and confidence intervals to make decisions based on data.

The Skills and Background You’ll Need:  

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field required; Masters degree preferred

Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in business intelligence, data science or any data organization.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, R, Python, or equivalent analytic programming languages for data extraction/manipulation, preparation, interpretation and analysis of financial results.
  • Solid understanding of data structure and system design concepts as well as experience with query and analysis tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools to develop sound analytics-based solutions for business problems. (Microsoft Power Platform and Azure experience preferred)
  • Experience leading complex projects and delivering impactful analytical solutions with a demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

Analytics Consultant III: Designs, develops, and delivers analytical solutions independently.

Analytics Consultant IV: Designs, develops, and implements comprehensive data analytics frameworks while identifying and prioritizing the most impactful solutions aligned with strategic goals.

Analytics Consultant V: Independently drives alignment and prioritization across a broad stakeholder audience to design, develop, and implement the most impactful analytical solutions.

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.

The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.

Salary Range:

$107,250.00 - $182,000.00
