More about the roleAs an FP&A Analyst, you will prepare and provide forward-looking information, including variance analysis against actuals. You'll deliver key insights and identify areas for improvement, as well as perform ad-hoc analysis of the cost of goods sold (COGS), with a focus on manufacturing and supply organizations. Working with a diverse group of stakeholders will give you a broad view of end-to-end processes. Your role will require close collaboration with Finance Business Partners, the Procurement Team, the Supply Chain Team, Product Managers, and other finance departments like Purchase to Pay and Record to Report. You'll join one of the FP&A Centers of Expertise, a team of highly motivated and supportive finance professionals
What you will do
• Deliver timely, accurate, and insightful analysis (trend, relative, and comparative) and reporting.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance related to the cost of goods sold (COGS), identifying risks and opportunities and highlighting areas for corrective action.
• You will timely update and calculate product costs (supply and factory costing) including cost price development analysis and reporting in appropriate systems.
• Closely work with finance business partners to prepare manufacturing cost forecast and deliver insights on monthly variation.
• Prepare a forward-looking view of accounts payable and provide insights into monthly deltas.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes and contribute to target (annual operating plan) process.
• Collaborate closely with other functions (procurement, supply chain) to understand business changes and respond by updating standard operating procedures.
• You will actively participate in projects, including the standardization and harmonization of processes and contribute to deliver reporting via Power BI and SAP S/4HANA.

Your qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s completed degree in Business Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial / management reporting and/or accounting processes preferably within a large multinational manufacturing corporation.
• A general knowledge of accounting principles and techniques (e.g. IFRS).
• Proven experience in financial modelling and forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with SAP for product costing and reporting via business warehouse.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to digest complex information, identify trends, and analyze data.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and prioritize your workload to meet critical deadlines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior corporate and business stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
