YETI is searching for an individual to fill the role of FP&A Analyst supporting the European business in Financial Planning.  Based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, this role will report to our Senior FP&A Manager, and will be a key business partner, providing key financial support for the European business.

This individual needs to be highly analytical with the ability to synthesize data and make sound business recommendations across business units. They must be a collaborative problem-solver, who not only understands the numbers, but also the broader business context around them. To be successful, this individual must be able to communicate effectively across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support long-term planning processes through analysis and development of financial models.

  • Engage in regular financial planning processes, such as annual operating planning, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks

  • Perform monthly, quarterly and annual variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecast, providing key insight into the key drivers of performance.

  • Own and manage operating expense (OPEX) planning, forecasting, and performance management across key cost areas including Demand Creation (marketing and commercial spend), Warehousing, and Logistics.

  • Partner with Demand Creation teams to track and analyze marketing investments, assess ROI, and support spend optimization decisions. 

  • Lead financial oversight of warehousing and logistics costs, including volume‑driven variances, rate impacts, and productivity metrics.

  • Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards for management, highlighting key metrics and trends.

  • Assist in the development of strategic plans and initiatives by providing financial insights and recommendations.

  • Analyze operational performance and across the channels and supporting functions identifying opportunities for cost reductions and efficiency improvements.

  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions and projects.

  • Collaborate closely with business units to gather necessary information and ensure alignment with overall regional goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, mathematics, analytics, or related field

  • At least 2-4 years of finance experience in FP&A or Operational Finance function, analytics, demand and/or sales forecasting

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Experience with fast growing, global consumer goods companies

  • SAP, Tableau or BI (or equivalent system) experience a plus
