FP&A Analyst
MECCA’s Finance team plays a key role in driving business performance, and we’re looking for an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, reporting and insights across the business.
This role partners closely with Finance and stakeholders to deliver clear, data-driven insights, identify risks and opportunities, and strengthen MECCA’s financial planning capability in a fast-paced environment.
The Role You Could Play:
Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will support financial planning, reporting and performance analysis across MECCA. You will:
- Support the delivery of budgets, forecasts and long-term plans, partnering with Commercial Finance and stakeholders
- Provide insightful analysis and reporting, including variance analysis and performance commentary for leadership
- Deliver scenario modelling and ad hoc analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Build strong relationships across the business, translating financial data into clear, commercially relevant insights
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes, systems and reporting
What You Will Bring:
You are a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Ideally, you will bring:
- 1-3 years’ experience in FP&A, commercial finance or a similar analytical role (retail/FMCG preferred)
- A degree in Commerce, Finance or a related discipline, with CPA/CA (in progress or completed) advantageous
- Strong analytical skills and Excel capability, with experience in planning tools (e.g. TM1) a plus
- Confidence in communicating insights and partnering with stakeholders across the business
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement
