The FP&A Analyst will play a central role in driving high-quality financial insight, planning, and decision support across the region. The role will provide deep vertical insight by leveraging legacy knowledge, robust forecasting, and driver-based analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Key responsibilities:
Financial Planning, Forecasting & Insight
• Develop and maintain forecasts and scenarios for the region, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and regional priorities
• Perform driver-based analysis to explain performance, trends, and variances across revenue, ARR, retention, margin, cash, productivity, and operational KPIs
• Produce clear and compelling performance narratives that translate data into actionable insight for senior stakeholders
• Drive improved forecast accuracy, transparency, and consistency across the region
• Standardise planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, embedding best practice and continuous improvement
Business Partnering & Challenge
• Review, challenge, and enhance forecasts and assumptions produced by Finance Business Partners
• Act as a centre of excellence for FP&A, providing constructive challenge and independent insight
• Partner closely with Commercial Finance to translate financial and operational data into meaningful commercial narratives
Strategic Finance & Decision Support
• Support the CFO and Executive team with ad-hoc strategic analysis, rapid insight requests, and crisisdriven scenarios
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making, investment cases, and long-range planning
• Support post-acquisition performance tracking and integration insights where required
Requirements

- Strong FP&A capability, including forecasting, scenario planning, and driver-based modelling
- Experience analysing revenue, ARR, retention, margins, cash flow, and productivity metrics
- Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills; experience with planning systems and BI tools is advantageous
- Strong understanding of financial statements and end-to-end business economics
- Ability to think strategically while remaining grounded in operational detail
- Experience supporting senior leaders with complex, time-sensitive decision-making
- Strong knowledge and understanding of local requirements within the region
- Comfortable working across geographies, cultures, and time zones
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities
