FP&A Analyst

As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes that help guide business performance. Working closely with cost center owners, Accounting, and operational teams, you will transform financial data into actionable insights that support strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
This position is ideal for a collaborative finance professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, analyzing trends, and contributing to continuous improvement within a dynamic and innovative environment.
How You'll Make an Impact
•    Support cost center owners throughout the annual budgeting process, including data collection, budget template preparation, consolidation, and review of submissions.
•    Prepare monthly financial review packages that provide meaningful commentary, trend analysis, and actionable insights for management.
•    Partner with department leaders to review monthly financial performance, update forecasts, explain variances, and identify key business drivers affecting spending.
•    Monitor actual results against budget and forecast, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and unusual spending trends.
•    Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of Corporate Performance Management (CPM) systems, including data validation, testing, and process documentation.
•    Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen reporting capabilities and financial planning processes.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
•    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
•    0-2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical role.
•    Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
•    Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze and manipulate large datasets.
•    Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools; CPM system experience preferred.
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
•    Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
•    Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and continuous process improvement.
